With a lifelong passion for gardening and a background in sustainability, I’ve always been aware of the essential role green spaces play in human well-being and the natural world. This passion inspired me to establish Botania Design. Since then, I’ve designed and implemented a range of projects, from new builds to garden renovations, including the ongoing evolution of my own garden to adapt to my family’s changing needs.
Plants are at the heart of my design philosophy. Their beauty, fragrance, and diversity can transform spaces into inviting, inspiring environments that enhance well-being. I draw inspiration from the natural world and the places I’ve travelled, with a preference for working with natural materials.
I hold a PG Diploma with distinction from the London College of Garden Design based at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and a PG Certificate in Sustainability from Cambridge. These experiences have deepened my understanding of design and ecology, shaping my approach to creating thoughtful outdoor spaces. For larger projects, I collaborate with a talented team of landscapers to bring gardens to life.
